2. Occasionwear & Embellished Dresses

Fiona Luxe garments may feature delicate fabrics, embroidery, sequins, beads and other embellishments. These pieces require careful handling.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned garments are protected during shipping. Items damaged while being returned due to inadequate packaging may not qualify for a return or exchange.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from our team.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the necessary return instructions.

4. Exchanges
